Construction has been part of our family for generations. Long before Read Building Solutions was established, Stuart Read grew up around the building industry through family-run construction companies operated by his grandfather, where both his father and uncle also worked.
Over the years, that passion for construction and design continued to grow. Stuart’s father later became an architect, creating a strong connection between practical building knowledge and thoughtful design something that still plays an important role in the business today, with the family continuing to work closely together on projects.
More than 10 years ago, Stuart founded Read Building Solutions as a family-run company built on traditional values: honesty, reliability, quality workmanship, and good communication. Since then, the company has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects across Surrey and the surrounding areas, including extensions, refurbishments, and bespoke new-build homes.
